It will work in Singleplayer. For SMP, the server op needs to have for Bukkit/ Spigot servers. The plugin \"might\" work in 1.12.1, but without the LiteLoader update, there's no way to see it at this time.So just install LiteLoader from www.liteloader.com/download for 1.12, download the file from the mods.curse.com link and put that in your .minecraft/mods/1.12 folder, and you are golden for using this in SSP/ Vanilla 1.12. For 1.12.1, we need an update of the LiteLoader mod at least.
